Top 10 Companies that Filipinos aspire to work for.

A Filipino-owned food and beverage firm is still the most aspired company that Filipinos want to work for, according to an online survey conducted by JobStreet.com.

San Miguel Corp., which is led by its chairman and chief executive Eduardo 'Danding' Cojuangco Jr., was ranked first in JobStreet.com's 2015 Top Companies Report, maintaining the top spot from last year's survey.

More than 4,000 JobStreet.com members participated in the survey held from March to May 2015.

The survey respondents were from different position levels (fresh graduates to top management level) and represented a diverse mix of specializations from various industries.

Yoda Buyco, JobStreet.com marketing director, said that this year, benefits and incentives are the most popular consideration for most position levels when selecting an organization to work for.

Last year, salary was the foremost reason why candidates want to work in these firms.

For high level executives, benefits, incentives and salary are nearly as important as work environment and company culture.
