Young stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla have started shooting in Barcelona for their upcoming movie to be directed by Olivia M. Lamasan.
On Sunday, ABS-CBN News’ MJ Felipe shared on Twitter two photos of the shoot with several fans hoping to catch a glimpse of their idols at work.
Bernardo and Padilla, who are rumored to be in a romantic relationship, arrived in Barcelona last Friday.
Bernardo, in a previous interview, said that the movie will mostly be shot in Barcelona. She remained mum about details, but shared that it will be a light love story about two millennials who meet in Spain.
"Ang ganda lang talaga nung story and parang perfect lahat ng taong nilagay nila dito sa movie na ito so hopefully maging smooth and maganda siya," she said.
Padilla, meanwhile, described the story of the film, written by screenwriter Carmi Raymundo ("A Second Chance"), as more "matured" than their previous projects.
