The Voice Kids Philippines 2016 Blind Auditions: "Fight Song" by Eleana

A seven-year-old girl from Paranaque City is the latest three-chair turner in the third season of "The Voice Kids."

Hailing from Paranaque City, Eleana Gabunada said she started singing since she was five years old. She was able to charm all three mentors Bamboo, Sharon Cuneta, and Lea Salonga with her rendition of Rachel Platten's "Fight Song."

"Sigurado ka bang seven years old ka? Kasi parang 'yung talent mo, parang mas matanda 'yung kumakanta. 'Yung understanding mo, 'yung tono, 'yung diction. Wala akong ma-i-comment kundi ang galing, galing, galing mo lang bata ka," Salonga told Gabunada.

Cuneta, for her part, said: "Hindi naman porke't may naunang umikot, 'yun na 'yung pinakanagmamahal sa 'yo. Meron naman, ine-enjoy muna 'yung ganda ng boses mo, 'pag harap, ay na-in love na sa 'yo. Gusto ka na nga iuwi eh."

"Ako nga 'yung huling huling huling umikot, kasi 'yun nga, ang ganda lang pakinggan ng boses mo. Seven years old ka, now it makes sense mo for me. Oo, kailangan mo ng kaunting tulong pa. Kung ako piliin mo, I can give that to you. I can guide you," Bamboo said.

Gabunada eventually chose Salonga, adding that she is her favorite coach. She joins Peter Vallejos, Noel Comia Jr. and Yessha dela Calzada as members of "FamiLEA."

"The Voice Kids," which is hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Kim Chiu, airs Saturdays after "Home Sweetie Home" and on Sundays after "Goin' Bulilit."
