Michael was once a victim of bullying. His dream to pursue a showbiz career and to provide for his family keeps him motivated and focused, and he is determined to not let anyone bring him down anymore.

Michael considers his mom, who happens to be a former music teacher, as his greatest musical influence.

He claims that if ever he gets to be one of the members of the next ultimate Pinoy boyband, he will be the "kuya" and the adviser of the group.
