ABS-CBN releases statement on Kris Aquino transfer.
ABS-CBNnews - Just hours after Kris Aquino confirmed that she is leaving ABS-CBN, the network released a statement thanking Aquino for her years of service as a Kapamilya.

On Monday, Kane Errol Choa, head of ABS-CBN Corporate Communications, said the company respects Aquino's decision to leave.
"We thank Kris for the many years that she has been a Kapamilya bringing joy, hope, and inspiration to our viewers worldwide. She will always be a Kapamilya and we wish her well in her new journey," the statement read.
Aquino took to social media early Monday to announced that she has decided to leave ABS-CBN and has signed with APT Entertainment, Inc., which is closely associated with rival GMA-7.
The television host said it was her manager Boy Abunda who reached out to APT's Tony Tuviera. Aquino also expressed gratitude to ABS-CBN and her new "family."
