The Voice Kids Philippines 2016 Blind Auditions: "Uptown Funk" by Yuliyah

A six-year-old girl from San Mateo, Rizal is now part of Sharon Cuneta's team on the new season of "The Voice Kids."

On Sunday, Yuliyah Agraviador admitted that she wants to be part of coach Bamboo Mañalac's team after she heard him sing Mark Ronson's "Uptown Funk."

"Masabi ko lang, yes, you're going to need some more practice, but I'm sure, Coach Sharon's gonna be able to help you out. You're in good hands," Bamboo told Agraviador.

"Ang ganda kasi ng feel mo. Magaling ka na mag-funk, kahit na bata ka, malapit na ako mapapindot sa 'yo, sayang. Pero si Coach Sharon naman, nakaikot sa 'yo," Lea Salonga added.

Cuneta, for her part, said she turned for Agraviador because of the the young girl's confidence and excitement.

"Iba 'yung confidence level mo, naririnig ko sa boses mo kanina. Kaya umikot ako kasi nafi-feel ko 'yung excitement and confidence sa boses mo, tsaka 'yung feeling ko sumasayaw ka, 'pag harap ko, totoo nga. We're going to have fun together," she added.


Agraviador is the second member of Cuneta's team, after John Paul Gumandoy, who was recruited in the show's pilot episode on Saturday.

"The Voice Kids," which is hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Kim Chiu, airs Saturdays after "Home Sweetie Home" and on Sundays after "Goin' Bulilit."
